Executive chef
Chef David has over 20 years of experience starting with his training under Master Chef Enrico Montecci, who was personal chef to the President at the White House.
Chef David is a culinary innovator known for his creative dishes and flavors. For the last 18 years, he has been running some of the top resorts and restaurants across Ontario. He has been the recipient of multiple awards for his work in 4.5 diamond fine dining resorts, cooking for world leaders at the G 20 summit, and overseeing the kitchen for over 2000 people a day in high-volume service.
